Now Hiring: Executive Housekeeper & Personal Assistant

We’re seeking a highly capable and professional Executive Housekeeper & Personal Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of a private household and provide comprehensive personal support. This individual must be experienced, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Key Responsibilities
Household Management:
- Full cleaning and upkeep of the residence (deep cleaning, organization, etc.)
- Daily tidying, dusting, and maintenance of a polished, high-end appearance
- Laundry care including delicate garments, steaming, ironing, and closet organization
- Inventory tracking and restocking of household supplies and essentials
- Overseeing repairs, maintenance appointments, and vendors
- Seasonal wardrobe rotation and household transition
- Running errands (groceries, dry cleaning, personal shopping, etc.)
- Managing calendars, reminders, and appointments
- Handling mail, shipping, and online order coordination
- Preparing healthy meals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in private households, luxury service, or estate management.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and professional demeanor.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail.
- Comfortable working independently without supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
