Most importantly, you MUST HAVE experience with a hi-speed rotary buffer (DeWalt, Makita type, or other), and be able to use it expertly on a 6' or 8' ladder. Washing the roof of an RV or trailer would also be your responsibility. We detail LOTS of fiberglass RVs and trailers of all types, large and small boats, and an occasional big rig truck. Having experience in buffing fiberglass is a big PLUS. If you are unable to perform these tasks, there is no sense of reading any further, as I cannot teach you to hi-speed buff, and I cannot do the ladder/roof work.

Experience with color sanding, paint correction, and Ceramic Coatings are not necessary, as I do not offer those services. If you DO have that type of experience, I could refer clients to you to do as a "side job."
As long as you meet the above qualifications, I can easily teach you to detail cars, trucks, vans, SUVs, etc., and you'll be able to do it better than anyone when you've learned my `system.' Your pay will depend on your ability and skill level, and pay will increase as your performance and speed increase. The better you are, the better your pay would be. Cash tips are frequently given to you by customers. I want you to be happy so you would stay for a long time, and possibly inherit the business when I retire.
