Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems on residential and commercial properties.
Perform roof inspections and assessments to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Apply waterproofing and weatherproofing materials to roofs, walls, and other structures.
Ensure proper installation of roof components, including shingles, tiles, and membrane systems.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
Assist with training and mentoring junior roofers as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of [5] years of experience in roofing or related trade.
Knowledge of various roofing materials and waterproofing techniques.
Strong ability to assess roof conditions and identify problems.
Ability to work in all weather conditions and on various roof types.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the roofing industry.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work at heights.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Residential systems: Tile and Shingle.
Experience with Commercial roofing systems: Capsheet, TPO
Experience with flat roofing systems and repairs.
