We are looking for motivated and driven people, hard working general laborers who want to join a professional and busy Subcontractor.
Successful Installers and Apprentices will be on-time, well-organized and detail-oriented.
You should have good customer service skills and be willing to follow instructions.
We typically install:
Resilient Flooring Coverings (Glue Down Carpet, LVT, VCT, VWP, Sheet Vinyl, Rubber Base, etc)
AND
Ceramic or Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile.
OR
We also work with Epoxy and Polished Concrete.
While flooring installation experience or materials knowledge is highly desirable; construction experience in any trade is welcomed and a plus.
Please let us know how many years of experience you have.
Otherwise, if you are able to learn new skills quickly and follow directions within our industry, we will train the right candidates as Helpers to start.
Be prepared to travel to customer’s job site locations to perform your work.
Multiple Job Site Locations throughout Southern CA and sometimes Northern CA.
Reliable Transportation is required for Night and/or Day Shifts. Carpooling is appreciated.
Hotels, Travel Time Pay, Per Diem for Meals and Fuel Reimbursement are provided for out of town shifts.
After initial Training, you will have the ability to make a very good income.
Weekly Paychecks.
Full-Time, Part-Time or Contract work.
