Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in gardening.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Crew Leader position.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of gardening tasks, including mowing, edging, deadheading plants, pruning shrubs, hedge trimming, and blowing debris.
- Ability to manage day-to-day job operations, crew efficiency, and production rates.
- Experience with irrigation systems, including checking nozzles, timers, replacing sprinklers, and repairing leaks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
