We do 99% residential cleanings, averaging 2-3 jobs per day, weekends and holidays off.
-Experience not necessary, paid training, MUST be in athletic physical condition. Upper body strength needed to operate water fed poles from ground level.
-Must have a good positive attitude and professionalism around customers.
-Honesty, Integrity and good work ethic are a must.
-Must be reliable, and on time.
-Non-Smoker and Drug-Free, able to pass a background check and drug test.
-Must provide your own reliable transportation to our office.
-Must comply with safety policies and procedures

-Most of the jobs are in the Laguna Niguel area and surrounding cities.
-Must be available Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm.
Paid training no experience @ $20/hour plus tips. After training period (2-3 weeks) paid on a percentage per-job basis - commission. Average hourly dollar amount per job is between $25.00 and $30.00 per hour plus tips. The more efficient you are with your time, the more money you make, the earlier you can go home. Typical weekly averages $800-$1,000 for approximately 7-8 hours a day, 5 days per week. Hard work and commitment are noticed and rewarded with bonuses.
