Housekeeper and Childcare Assistant

Compensation: $20-$22/hour, based on experience
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and caring individual to join our family as a Housekeeper and Childcare Assistant. In this role, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the home while also helping to care for our children. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both housekeeping and childcare responsibilities in a warm, family-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, organizing, and maintaining the overall tidiness of the home.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure the kitchen is clean and stocked.
- Help with daily routines for children, including dressing, feeding, and engaging in activities.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment for children.
- Provide support for any family events or gatherings when required.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or childcare .
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong attention to detail.
- Positive, energetic attitude with a love for working with children.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible with work hours.
- Completion of background check.
- Must be fluent in English, bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
