Small General Contractor looking for Irrigation/Landscape Labor
Lead person with ability to delegate with production
Must be able to:
-Read plans/specs
-maintain ongoing as-builts
-commercial landscaping under 1 acre
-must know: irrigation mainline, laterals, drip irrigation, pipe, low voltage wiring etc
-thorough understanding of codes and industry standards
-ability to lift 50 pounds throughout day
-ability to safely and properly use construction tools and operate equipment
Experience in the following areas is desired
-Irrigation Systems, new and existing
-Low Voltage landscape/irrigation
-Plant identification & proper planting techniques
-Grading & drainage system
-Installation of pavers, concrete etc.
Operating experience a plus.
Must have reliable transportation with a valid drivers license and clean DMV record.
Highly competitive wages with room for growth. Looking for long term individual.
Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm approx. Most projects are in OC, IE, LA counties.
