Janitorial Job Posting: Community Clubhouse Cleaner (Lake Forest, CA)
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented independent contractor (1099) to perform janitorial services for a community clubhouse and pool area in Lake Forest, CA. The role involves general and detailed cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for residents.
Job Responsibilities
May 1st to October 31st
Frequency: 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday)
Tuesday and Thursday (2 hours per day):
General cleaning of the clubhouse and pool area.
Bathrooms: Refill paper goods and clean restrooms.
Sunday (3 hours, except once per month when it’s 5 hours):
Detailed cleaning of the clubhouse, entrance windows, other windows as needed, and restrooms.
Clean the outside of 3 BBQs.
Once per month: Clean the inside of the 3 BBQs (included in the 5-hour cleaning day).
November 1st to April 30th
Frequency: 2 days per week (Wednesday or Thursday, and Sunday or Monday, flexible)
Wednesday/Thursday and Sunday/Monday (2.5 hours per day):
General cleaning of the clubhouse and pool area.
Bathrooms: Refill paper goods and clean restrooms.
Once per month (Sunday or Monday, 5 hours):
Detailed cleaning of the clubhouse, entrance windows, other windows as needed, restrooms, and clean the outside and inside of 3 BBQs.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $17 per hour
Paid as an independent contractor (1099).
Requirements
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Reliable transportation to the Lake Forest community clubhouse.
Ability to follow a consistent schedule and complete tasks efficiently.
