Laguna Koi Ponds is looking for a Service Technician. A service technician goes out on a set route schedule to residential and business koi ponds to maintain the equipment and keep the fish healthy.
Job duties:
- Maintain positive customer relationships with your clients
- Routinely check on health of pond and fish within your care
- Routine servicing includes maintenance of filter systems, pumps, UV Clarifiers.
- Managing water quality and algae control.
- Netting pond debris and leaves.
- Use of chemical additives to assist in pond maintenance.
- Accurately and efficiently bill customers in a timely manner
- Be able to communicate with customers in an educated manner about their ponds and fish
- Keep your provided equipment, tools and truck well organized and maintained
