Groundskeeper - Private Estate - Santa Ana (Lemon Heights)
$49,920k to $54,080k ($24-$26/hr.)
Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday
Join our 3 person landscape crew to maintain the grounds of a private estate. Refrigerator, microwave, restroom facilities on-site. Owner provides tools and equipment. Pants, shirts, winter jacket, boots, and rain gear after 3 months on the job. Payroll is every other Friday by Direct Deposit to your bank with required State/Federal deductions.
Benefits include the following: Cigna Health plan which permits you to select your own qualified physician (PPO) plus: vision, dental health plans available but not required; employee pays 16% of premium (about $157 per month) and the employer pays about $895 per month (PPO); 401k is available and $15,000 life insurance. 6 paid holidays; 5 paid sick days; 5 paid vacation days. At no cost to the employee, payroll is each other Friday by direct deposit to your bank account with required State/Federal deductions. No smoking on site.
