We own properties in Laguna Niguel, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, and in Fallbrook.
We are looking for a part time (possible even just a few days a month) position for a craftsman and caretaker for our property's maintenance and labor support.
However the work time and hours in a month can increase if you have additional skills useful for a multi acre property.
Services to be performed:
General carpenter and craftsmen. dry wall repair and paint.
clean sanding and repainting. being neat and organized is important for us.
Basic builder, tradesperson, skilled with basic painting and repairs.
Carpenter, who has experience fixing broken or in repair items of homes and properties
Gardening help, watering of plants in orange county properties if necessary
detail paint and repair work on walls, windows, garage, stucco, wood, and property buildings
weed control and removal, any other overall property maintenance.
Making sure all the properties and their gardens, rooms, and living areas always look good.
if you have a lifetime of experience in home and property maintenance, gardening, and all other larger property skills, this can and will be a perfect supplement income and project.
If you have experience in carpentry, the services and hours a month will obviously be more.
