1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Job Overview:
Seeking reliable maintenance staff for cleaning tasks including:
Cleaning floors using industrial machines
Dusting, washing walls, ceilings, and light fixtures
Moving furniture for cleaning
Heavy lifting, ladder climbing, and trash removal
Performing seasonal tasks
Duties by Area:
Carpeted Areas: Vacuum, spot clean, and clean furniture and glass.
Lunchrooms/Restrooms: Clean, sanitize, sweep, mop, and replenish supplies.
Non-Carpeted Areas: Sweep, mop, and dust.
Periodic Tasks: Dust vents, blinds, and partitions. Maintain janitorial equipment.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of janitorial duties
Good communication skills
High school diploma or GED preferred
6+ months of janitorial experience desired
Must be punctual and maintain a neat appearance
Physical Demands:
Must lift up to 40 lbs, use cleaning equipment, and perform repetitive tasks like walking, kneeling, and climbing. Reasonable accommodations are available.
Work Environment:
Office setting, exposure to cleaning products, moderate noise level.
