Seeking a part time maintenance tech. Duties will include various maintenance tasks along with groundskeeping and janitorial for community. The community is an age restricted community however this does not apply to applicants. Friendly demeanor and customer service is a priority. You will be required to interact with residents of the community during shift.
Some skills in plumbing, electrical, or gas is beneficial. All tools will be supplied for the job.
Hours will be during the week but undetermined at this time. 20-25 hours per week, 3-5 days. $20 per hour to start. Please submit resume for consideration. Applicants will be called for an in-person interview. Position will be available as of January 1, 2025.
