Senior Living Community is a non-profit, assisted living home in Yorba Linda, California. JOB SUMMARY
The position of Maintenance Tech performs maintenance duties which include, but not limited to: routine and preventative maintenance, painting, cleaning carpets/flooring, turning around apartment for new residents. We rely on safe work practices, attention to detail, self-motivation and customer service
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Follow all routine and preventative maintenance jobs within work order system
2. Check work order system daily for any new resident orders
3. Maintain campus flooring by cleaning carpets in common area and resident rooms
4. Turn over units, carpet cleaning, replace tile, minor drywall repair, paint, plumbing
5. Routine maintenance throughout the campus, troubleshoot issues when necessary
6. Follow all safety regulations
7. Oversees vendor work when necessary
Work week and hours - 5 days per week, which may include Saturday or Sunday; 8 hours per day. Daily hours typically would be 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Post offer requirements due to state regulations would be: Live Scan fingerprinting, TB test, Drug test and Health Screening
