We are a Southern California-based Real Estate Management and Investment Company looking for a hardworking and motivated individual. The candidate must be reliable for a full-time maintenance technician position.
The position requires 1+ years of mechanical knowledge. The position also requires performing, operating and completing maintenance tasks for multiple properties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be self-motivated with good communication skills
- Must be available for after-hours emergency maintenance as needed or required
- Must possess the ability to perform the physical demands of the job responsibilities:
- Lifting objects up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, and kneeling
- Occasional climbing, working from a ladder and balancing
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands.
- Must have transportation to travel
JOB DESCRIPTION (Duties include but are not limited to):
- Complete necessary operating, maintenance, and repairs tasks including but not limited to:
o Plumbing repair: toilets, sinks
o Electrical: maintain lights interior & exterior light fixtures
o General building maintenance
- Record maintenance and repair information in accordance with guidelines established by management direction or policy/procedure
- Perform all duties as assigned through the work order system
- Fluent in English, Vietnamese and Spanish is a plus
Full-Time Hourly Rate: $18.00+ per hour based on experience, Monday – Friday 8:00am -4:30pm
