HANDYMAN/MAINTENANCE PERSON
Church and preschool in Laguna Woods is looking for a part-time maintenance/handyman to handle the entire campus. Candidates should have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and customer service knowledge. The candidate will be skilled in a wide range of areas, but they will also be able to recognize when a repair is outside of their skill set and make recommendations to their supervisor.
Responsibilities include the following:
Ability so safely use common power and hand tools
Experience in installing and replacing minor plumbing issues
Minor electrical issues such replacing fluorescent bulbs, ballasts and light bulbs
Complete general building cleaning and maintenance (not janitorial services)
Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility
Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings and other parts of the building
Looking for leader to identify things that need to be repaired and fixed around the facility
Position is part-time and will report to the Director of Operations.
Pay rate is $25.00/hr.
