About our Company:
Hi, I am Natasha, I operate Natasha's Cleaning Service.
I have been in the house cleaning business for 20 years!
After I became a mother, I expanded my business to include employees.
My responsibilities include managing all advertising, customer communications, bookings, payments and cleaning client homes on the weekends. I will be managing your schedule that is provided on a monthly basis. Any new bookings will be added to outgoing employee schedules on a weekly basis. Last minute bookings can happen, I will notify all employees within 24hrs if a new booking updates their current week's shifts.
We mainly perform routine maintenance cleanings on weekly, biweekly and monthly basis. At times we do provide move out or deep cleaning requests, in which these cleanings are a bit more extensive and may require more than 4hours of dedicated time. We do not perform mold remediation, biohazard clean up, or severe deep cleans as seen on A&E Hoarders.
Job Description:
We service homes in Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Seal Beach, Westminster, Midway City and Costa Mesa.
Part-Time 16hr+ with the ability to work fulltime 30hrs+.
$20+ starting pay. Paid Weekly via Check, Cash or Zelle.
Holidays OFF
Tipped position
Hours available 8am-5pm
Typical bookings are 4-hour shifts. Minimum bookings are 2 hours. 1-2 Clients a day.
Some weekends needed (4hr shifts)
Equipment provided; supplies provided upon hire.

You are responsible for driving to and from clients.
You are responsible for the cost of damages to equipment due to misuse.
Maintain equipment – take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the necessary stock is maintained and is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Job Requirements
Minimum requirements to be considered for this house cleaning position.
Has a valid CA driver's license and insurance for your dependable vehicle.
No physical restrictions: Must have physical ability to kneel, bend and stoop for extended periods of time, mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks that require carrying 15lbs (backpack style vacuum)
You are available to work Monday through Friday with some weekend requirements during the day, 8am to 5pm
Must be able to communicate with clients, read, write and understand English proficiently. Bilingual a plus!
Knowledge of House Cleaning procedures and knowledge of the use of safely using household chemicals and cleaning equipment.
We work in homes with pets, must be physically able to withstand heavy dust, dander and pet interactions.
Physically fit to perform constant movement like vacuuming, scrubbing, dusting overhead, kneeling or bending low to the ground.
No prior arrests for violent offenses or pending charges.
No drug use permitted - Cannabis not permitted during working hours.
References both Personal and Professional must be provided
