Laguna Painting is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Field Prepper to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn the painting trade, including different products, surface preparation techniques, and application methods. No experience? No problem! We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with surface preparation, masking, sanding, and priming
Learn about different paints, coatings, and their best applications
Work alongside experienced painters and project managers
Keep job sites clean and organized
