Job Title: Packers
Location: Tustin, CA
Pay: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
1ST SHIFT -Mon-Fri 5:30 am to 2:00 pm
2nd SHIFT – Mon-Fri 1:30 pm to 10 pm
May work some OT during the week or on Saturdays.

Seeking experienced and reliable Packers. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, thrives in a high-volume environment, and pays close attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing
Use packing materials and follow GMP procedures to ensure items are shipped safely
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
Meet productivity goals and deadlines
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Requirements:
2 years of experience picking, packing, or production related work experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceuticals manufacturing plant.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs. during shifts
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Weekend and overtime availability is required
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
