Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers entering and exiting parking facilities
Direct traffic and guide vehicles to available parking spaces
Monitor parking lots for safety, security, and compliance with regulations
Provide clear and friendly customer service, answering questions and giving directions
Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance issues
Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas, including picking up trash and debris
Follow all company policies
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous customer service or parking lot experience preferred but not required
