Requirements:
Must have a clean DMV record – absolutely no DUIs.
Must be mechanically inclined and able to swim.
Must have long-term employment history (2–3+ years at each prior position).
Vehicle provided.
Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
Preferred:
Experience with pumps, irrigation, or basic mechanics.
Background in landscaping, maintenance, or field work.
