This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity, with starting pay ranging from $18to 19/hour, based on experience, The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with overtimepossible on Saturdays.
Job Summary:
The Production Associate is responsible for helping assemble and prepare products for shipment. Their duties include aiding the assembly process, packaging finished products and organizing them for shipments and completing checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely customer shipments.
Assemble, package, and prepare goods for shipment.
Complete quality assurance on goods and products.
Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory.
Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process.
Utilize machinery, assembly equipment and pallet jacks.
Maintain the quality and upkeep of equipment including machinery.
Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods, able to work in a space that lacks climate control or lifting objects with an established maximum weight of 50lbs.
Able to add, subtract and divide using a calculator.
Ability to follow directions accurately.
Attention to detail and organization skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to read, write and speak English.
Able to work overtime when needed.
Reliable, predictable attendance is required
