We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our fast-growing team as a Residential & Commercial Cleaner. The ideal candidate is efficient, reliable, and detail-oriented, ready to contribute to maintaining clean and sanitary environments across various settings.
Location: Orange County, CA
Employment Type: Part-Time/Training Position
Compensation: Approximately $30/hr with opportunity for growth
- Responsibilities -
Including, but not limited to:
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain cleanliness in hotel rooms, offices, public areas, restrooms, and residential areas.
- Floor Care: Vacuum, mop, and sweep carpets and floors.
- Window and Mirror Cleaning: Ensure all glass surfaces are spotless.
- Bed Making and Linen Changes: Prepare beds and change linens regularly.
- Restocking Supplies: Replenish toilet paper, hand towels, soap, and other toiletries.
- Trash Management: Empty and clean trash cans, replace liners.
- Kitchen Cleaning: Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen gadgets, and appliances.
- Organization: Tidy and organize personal items, drawers, closets, and storage spaces.
- Laundry: Wash, dry, iron, fold, and put away laundry.
- Maintenance Reporting: Report maintenance issues, including changing light bulbs.

Additional Requirements:
- Must have min 2 years paid housekeeping or cleaning roles
- Must speak English (conversational OK)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Compensation -
We pay our cleaning crew per job to incentive efficiency and completion.
Average Rate per Job: $60 (appx $30/hr)
Opportunity for Growth: Potential for increased responsibilities and higher compensation based on performance

Initial Job Volume: Approximately 10 jobs per week
Average Hours: 2 hours per job, ranging between 15-20 hours per week
Position Type: Part-time training position to start
