Experienced Full-time Residential Maintenance Technician
Must have your own basic tools
Trash removal on grounds, sidewalks, and walkways
Light landscaping, Lake & Pool Maintenance
Apartment turns to includ cleaning, painting, repairing, and replacing applicances as needed
Repairing or replacing fixtures (lights, faucets, toilets, etc.)
Patching, painting walls, and touch-ups
Unclogging drains and toilets, HVAC maintenance (filter changes, minor troubleshooting)+
Replacing light bulbs, outlets, and switches
Ensuring smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors function properly
Replacing plumbing fixtures (faucets, showerheads, etc.)
Repairing or replacing doors, locks, windows, screens
Inspect and identify maintenance issues in vacant units and complete work orders as assigned.
Ensure all appliances, fixtures, and systems are in working condition before move-in.
Communicating with Maintenance Supervisor and property manager daily
Experience and Compensation
Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous similar position.
Compensation based on level of experience. (hourly)
