LABORERS needed for an established, well-respected contractor specializing in epoxy and polyurethane floor coatings, overlayments, underlayments and diamond polishing. Please submit your resume indicating your previous work experience to be considered for the position.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have construction experience and basic mechanical knowledge
Candidates need to be flexible with change, fast learners, and hard workers
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
Candidates must have reliable transportation
Candidates need to be prompt and ready to work on a daily basis
Must have a valid California driver's license and a clean driving record
Must pass pre-hire drug screening test
Professional attitude when working with customers and crew
Capable of lifting 50-100 lbs. when needed
Weekends, nights, and out of town work is required
Job Description:
Under the supervision of the foreman, hired candidates will help prep concrete and apply epoxy and urethane floor coatings
Hired candidates will use floor preparation equipment including hand-held grinders, scarifiers, shot-blast machines, demolition hammers and floor polishing machines
