THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate to oversee daily B2B fulfillment operations at our 3PL partner facility in Buena Park.
This position will act as the on-site representative of our company, picking, packing, and fulfilling B2B orders and communicating with our offsite operations team to confirm shipping. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally savvy, and skilled at managing relationships with both warehouse teams and internal stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick, pack, and ship B2B orders.
- Ensure all B2B shipments are processed accurately and meet required SLAs for on-time delivery and quality.
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the 3PL operations team and our remote B2B logistics team via Slack.
- Monitor and communicate order status, inventory discrepancies, and fulfillment performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, escalating issues to internal teams as needed.
- Support system updates, reporting, and troubleshooting in collaboration with the remote B2B operations team.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve workflow efficiency, warehouse layout, and fulfillment accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a 3PL environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including order picking, packing, inventory management, and shipping.
Orders range from 1 to several hundred units, and picks may need to be done with a pallet jack on an occasional basis. The role may involve lifting with the help of dolly’s and pallet jacks .
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic reporting tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
This is a contract position, not eligible for overtime pay. This is a 2-month contract role with potential to convert based on performance and business needs.
Must be able to be physically present on-site daily during and agreed upon subset of operational hours (8AM – 5 PM).
Occasional extended hours may be required during peak seasons.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
The interview process will include a hands on working case study at our facility. Candidates will spend a day on-site shadowing our team and performing key fulfillment tasks to demonstrate accuracy, organization, and problem-solving in a real operations environment. This approach helps both the candidate and Quince assess fit for the pace, quality standards, and responsibilities of the role.
