Role Description:
This is a part-time Service Technician role responsible for maintenance and repair of customer's pools. The duties include conducting scheduled cleaning and maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing field service. The Service Technician will also be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Pool Maintenance, Repair and Troubleshooting skills
At least 1 year experience with swimming pool maintenance/cleaning
Experience with field service and customer service
Strong knowledge of pool maintenance best practices
Ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Certification in pool maintenance is desirable
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Clean driving record is required
Ability to use own truck and insurance is desirable
Must be able to work outdoors and lift up to 50lbs
