Compensation: $30 per hour plus commissions

Termite Inspector, Must be Licensed Branch 3 Field Representative in current good standing with current valid California Driver's License.

It has been a while since we added Inspectors frankly because we have an active team of wonderful Full Time Inspectors supported by our office team. We now find ourselves in a period of growth and are looking to purposefully add a few exceptional Inspectors.
What the ideal Candidate Inspector will bring to the table:
Must have an active California Pest Board Branch 3 License.
Must have a valid California Driver’s License and be comfortable driving daily to complete inspections and be a natural road warrior.
Ideal Candidate will have Community Inspection and/or Escrow Inspection Experience
or a combination of both and experience bidding wood repair is highly desirable.
What candidates should know:
Please note this is a professional Licensed Inspector Role.
Inspections will be scheduled for the inspector.
This is not an Escrow inspections role.
This is not a 100% commission role.
Must have excellent communication, listening and customer service skills.
Must be comfortable with 3-6 inspections on an average daily basis.
Spanish or other second language speaking skills is a plus.
