We are a small family-owned distribution company located off the 405 & Harbor Blvd that has been in business over 40 years. We are looking for a reliable, entry-level warehouse associate to join our team. This position is full-time and permanent. Prior warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory as long candidate is willing to learn.
Duties:
Unloading and receiving incoming containers of product.
Verifying incoming product against packing list for accuracy
Manually stacking all incoming cartons onto warehouse shelving
Order pulling, packing, palletizing & shipping via UPS and LTL carrier
Maintaining inventory accuracy
Able to handle physical workload and lift 50 lbs
Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus
Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in US
Must be able to pass background check
Experience in general labor, warehouse operations & shipping preferred
Able to work closely as part of a team
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Comfortable standing for long periods of time
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Compensation/benefits:
M-F 8am-5pm
$16-$18 depending on experience
