Emergency Service Restoration Company seeking Lead Water Damage Technicians and Helper/Trainee for full time positions.
We are looking for honest, responsible and reliable individuals who can handle a busy work load.
Lead Tech Requirements:
- Experience in Water Damage Restoration
- (WRT) & (AMRT) IICRC Certifications is a plus
- Good Customer Service skills
- Familiar with insurance guidelines for mitigation services
- Must be able to handle a work project from start to finish
-Must have necessary hand & power tools
Mitigation Helpers/Trainee Requirements:
No experience necessary.
-Must be hard working, able to take direction well and have a willingness to learn.
-Must be comfortable using basic tools for demolition.
Company Requirements for Both Lead & Helper Positions:
- Must have a GREAT attitude and a professional appearance.
- Good communication skills, Bi-lingual is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license clean driving record
- Must be hard working, punctual and reliable.
- 40+ hours- Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends when required. (a bi-weekly on call schedule is implemented)
- Compensation is Hourly
Hourly rate depends on experience
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
