Pay & Perks
$18–$23/hr depending on experience (plus tips and bonuses)
Paid training — no experience needed
Referral bonus: earn $200 for each friend you bring who stays 90 days

What You’ll Do
Wash and detail residential and commercial windows (inside & out)
Work safely on ladders and with cleaning equipment
Provide friendly customer service and leave every job spotless
Occasionally assist with screen cleaning, light power washing, or gutter work
What We’re Looking For
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Dependable, honest, and positive attitude
Willing to learn and grow — we’ll train the right person
