Experience in preparing chapter 7 and chapter 13 schedules and plans. Must be able to handle high volume caseload. Chapter 13 motions and plan confirmation experience for all districts in California a plus. Need to be proficient in Bestcase software and have at least 2 years of experience working for Bankruptcy Law Firms. Part time and full time positions are available. $25/hour to $35/hour.
