I am a very experienced Bankruptcy Attorney, with strong emphasis upon Chapter 11 cases. Also, please review a recent Chapter 11 Confirmation, 21-10608-ES, which was confirmed by Judge Erithe Smith in Orange County Bankruptcy Court on August 3, 2022. This case also included a competitive Chapter 11 Plan filed by a major creditor which I was able to convince the Court to dismiss, in addition to confirming my client's Plan.
Also, I just appeared in Delaware Federal Court to request that the Court modify a Plan Injunction for a confirmed Chapter 11 Plan so that my client could gain access to the Debtor's Insurance Policy to reimburse her for her medical bills and personal injury in a California personal injury lawsuit in state court. After I verbally examined the Trustee for the Debtor at hearing, the Court granted my Motion to Modify the Plan Injunction
Also, I just recently confirmed a Chapter 11 case before the Presiding Judge of the Central District, Theodor Albert, on July 2, 2024.
I will work with you as an "of counsel" at my reduced rate of just $275./hr or an expert witness at $450./hr. I am certified in the Central and Southern Districts of California and have personally confirmed multiple Chapter 11 cases in both the Central and Southern Districts. I will work as a co-counsel with you in one of your chapter 11 cases for the moderate fee of just $395./Hr.
