Injury (workers’ compensation and personal injury) law firm in Irvine seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator to assist in our intake department by screening and retaining new potential clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Screen new potential clients to determine whether our office can assist them
Answer and make intake calls
Speak with medical providers and adjusters to arrange for medical treatment
Handle client questions/concerns
Successful at working both independently and with a team
Sort and save documents
Data entry and completion of documents with extreme attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year + experience working in an injury law firm preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable and confident talking on the phone with clients
Efficient, diligent and pays strong attention to detail
Positive attitude
Hard-working
Spanish-speaking preferred
Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience with Sales Force a plus
