QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
-2+ years of personal injury experience
-Proactive "self starter"
-Candidate must be punctual, reliable and organized
-Excellent phone manners, writing and verbal communication skills
-Respond to client's concerns in order to increase and retain business
- Computer savvy
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CASE MANAGER
-New client intake
-Must have an ability to manage multiple cases
-Scheduling appointments with medical providers
- Opening claims with insurance companies
-Ordering medical records
-Answering phone calls
-Managing deadlines and calendaring
-Drafting letters and demands
-Continuously monitoring cases, treatment status and recommendations
-Resolving property damage and loss of use claims
-Scanning mail
-Work independently but also as a team player
