We are a fast paced Workers' Compensation/Personal Injury applicant firm based in Orange County. We are looking for someone with experience in Workers' Compensation, but we are willing to train the right person. This person must be someone who is independent, a self-starter and detail oriented. Duties Include: Opening files, scheduling doctor's appointments, answering calls, providing clients with updates, reviewing/scanning mail, Sending correspondence to doctors, clients and opposing counsel. E-filing legal documents.
We are also looking for a Receptionist to answer a heavy multi-line phone, as well as assist legal assistants with small tasks.
