Small law firm in Anaheim Hills is seeking an entry-level Legal Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support the entire office with the day-to-day activities.

Administrative/Legal Support:

Proper telephone etiquette for answering phones, directing calls, text messages, and faxes.

Interact with and assist in updating clients on case status.

Opening new files, filing motions-pleadings, scanning, sorting, and filing documents.

Maintaining and scheduling appointments for attorneys as well as assisting in the preparation of cases for trial, drafting correspondence, legal documents, research, and e-filling.

Initial Consultations and Client Meetings with attorneys.

Job Requirements:

Computer Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook & Adobe.

Bilingual English / Spanish is REQUIRED.

Professional Demeanor DRESS PROFESSIONALLY and behave professionally.

Organizational skills and the ability to be a team player.

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and advance.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

One year or more experience working in an office environment (preferred but not required).

Professional appearance, demeanor, and punctuality.

Must have reliable and own transportation, live in Orange County, California (preferred).

Must be a high school graduate with some college education.

Must be reliable, dependable, and capable of listening and following instructions.

Must have good memory of clients, calls, appointments, etc.
