A premiere firm in Orange County is seeking an experienced Litigation Assistant to join its team. The successful candidate will provide support to our attorneys in managing a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and efficient handling of litigation matters. This role requires a keen understanding of legal processes, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Minimum 3-15+ years of experience
Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures
Excellent computer skills, including Excel and MS Office (Outlook)
Experience with Adobe Acrobat or Juris Suite is a plus
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and with a team
Exceptional organizational skills
