This is a HYBRID position, and strictly a contract role to cover for maternity leave. It will not be extended beyond 6-12 months and will not be converted to a permanent position.
A full-service, rapidly growing, and entrepreneurial law firm in Irvine, CA is seeking a Paralegal to temporarily join their team. This role involves drafting petitions and letters, managing department calendars, and handling general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have some exposure to Estate Planning, exceptional organizational skills, and a preference for temporary work or short-term assignments.
Salary Range: $35 - $40 / hour DOE
Paralegal Requirements:
At least 3 years of paralegal experience
Experience with Estate Planning highly preferred BUT not required
Must be both Paralegal and Notary certified in California
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with Clio is a plus
Top-tier organizational and time management skills
Ability to work hybrid (1-2 days from home, 3 days onsite) at their office in Irvine, CA
Paralegal Responsibilities:
Draft petitions and letters for probate, administration, and accounting
Correspond and follow up with clients and the Court
Manage calendars and project timelines within the Estate Administration Department
Perform general administrative duties, including filing and scanning
Stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently
