We are a boutique law firm practicing Estate, Trust and Probate Law with our main office in Orange County (Tustin), and satellite location in Los Angeles. We are looking for a Full-Time Paralegal for our Tustin office, with a minimum of two years of experience in our area of law. Our Clientele is predominantly Korean, so Korean language ability would be considered a plus, but is not mandatory. Primary duties would include:
Drafting and reviewing documents and forms;
Preparing for trials and arbitrations;
Preparing and issuing subpoenas;
Preparing accountings;
Meeting and conferring with Clients;
Maintaining and managing Client/Matter database;
Filing court documents;
Managing client relationships;
Legal, regulatory, and other research;
Correspondence with various agencies/entities;
Scheduling;
Assisting attorneys with various tasks;
Delegating and working with other staff;
Printing, sorting and assembling documents;
Handling correspondence via telephone, fax, mail and email; and
Other general office duties.
Regardless of experience ALL candidates must be:

proficient with Microsoft products

Installation of state-of-the-art UV air filters to the HVAC system throughout the building;
Portable UV air filters in common areas;
Cleaning and disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces;
