Faith Based Nonprofit Legal Clinic w 501C3 Federal Government Credential is looking for a team player to join our firm.
The right candidate will have the ability to work independently, handle a moderate to heavy case load, be very organized, and have the drive for success. MUST be able reliable and detail oriented. multitask and be professional even under pressure. Ability to work well with co-workers, court personnel and opposing counsel with the upmost professionalism and courtesy. We have a very busy environment.
Please have a minimum of 2-5 years of civil litigation, Unlawful Detainer and Bankruptcy experience.
Our focus is mainly in foreclosure defense, bankruptcy knowledge would be a plus but not necessary. Supervisory experience is preferred as this position will be assigning and delegating various tasks to outside paralegals.

Biweekly houry pay + possible Profit Sharing for the right person as incentive depending on experience. Full Time. But flexible on the hours.
