Must be very organized and posses the ability to work calmly under high volume. MUST be reliable and detail oriented. Multitasking and maintaining a professional demeaner under pressure while trouble shooting is a must. Work directly under the vast 120 + years of combined experienced State Bar Licensed Onsite staff Attorney's. Ability to work well with co-workers, court personnel and opposing counsel with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. SPANISH SPEAKING A HUGE PLUS . MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH DISCOVERY PROCEDURE. We have a very busy environment.
Please have a minimum of 3-5 years of Unlawful Detainer, Civil litigation and or Bankruptcy experience a plus.
Supervisory experience is helpful as this position may consist assigning and delegating various tasks to outside non California Counsel and paralegals.

Biweekly hourly pay + performance and Attendance Bonus. Full Time. But flexible on the hours.
