Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our Newport Beach division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling personal injury cases, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in personal injury cases, including car accidents, premises liability, and other negligence claims.
Conduct client consultations, case evaluations, and intake.
Handle all aspects of case development, including discovery, depositions, and motions.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial when necessary.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and guidance.
Collaborate with legal staff and support team members to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
2+ years of experience handling personal injury cases preferred.
Proven ability to manage and litigate cases effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
