WE ARE OFFERING
-Immediate position
-Salary according to qualifications, experience and skills- $25- $50 per hour.
-Part time flexible Hours/Days. Mondays to Fridays- 8am to 5pm
- IN HOUSE-NO REMOTE-
QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES-
-Fluid English/Spanish speaking at must.
-Minimum 2+ years experience in personal injury.
-Candidates must be organized, able to work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Strong Negotiation skills: strategic negotiations pertaining to liens, ensuring optimal outcomes.
-Sustain an organized repository of case files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
-Deadline Tracking: Maintain a robust tracking system, ensuring no milestones or deadlines are missed.
-Medical Treatment Coordination: Facilitate and oversee the coordination of medical treatments.
-Case Progress Oversight: Monitor and guide the progression of all case aspects.
-A problem-solver the ability to handle challenging situations.
-Excellent communication skills- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Some Litigation experience is a plus.
