Busy plaintiff-side personal law firm seeks a skilled legal assistant or paralegal with strong experience in discovery, motion drafting, and trial prep. We handle high-volume litigation and need someone who can stay organized and efficient under pressure. You will be an integral part of the legal team, helping move cases from pre-litigation through trialprep, and ensuring deadlines and filings are executed flawlessly.
Duties include:
Drafting and responding to discovery (RFPDs, RFAs, SPROGs, FROG's)
Drafting motions (MTCs, MSJs, etc.)
Preparing and Organizing trial materials (exhibit and witness lists and binders, timelines, witness prep)
Supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process
Qualifications:
8+ years experience as a litigation legal assistant or paralegal (high-volume plaintiff work a plus)
Familiarity with California civil procedure
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management software
