We are a boutique law firm practicing Civil Litigation, with an emphasis on Employment claims and Business litigation with our main office in Orange County (Santa Ana), and a satellite location in San Diego. We are looking for a Full-Time Paralegal for our Santa Ana office. Spanish language ability would be considered a plus, but is not mandatory. Primary duties would include:
Drafting and reviewing documents and forms;
Preparing for trials and arbitration's;
Preparing and issuing subpoenas;
Preparing discovery;
Meeting and conferring with Clients;
Maintaining and managing Client/Matter database;
Filing court documents;
Managing client relationships;
Legal, regulatory, and other research;
Correspondence with various agencies/entities;
Scheduling;
Assisting attorneys with various tasks;
Delegating and working with other staff;
Printing, sorting and assembling documents;
Handling correspondence via telephone, fax, mail and email; and
Other general office duties.

proficient with Microsoft products
