Position includes drafting and revising of various legal documents including, but not limited to,
Leases, Contracts, Buy-Sell Agreements, Pleadings, Correspondence and Maintaining of Calendars.
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, Corporate Council to join our Team, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience.
Must be able to handle transactions from inception through completion.
Must be detail oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.
Strong writing skills and work ethic are necessary- a writing sample is required.
In-depth knowledge of Strategic Management and Planning.
This opportunity is on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis, your choice.
