The Law Office of Mark S. Martinez is a busy and well-established Plaintiff's Personal Injury/Civil Litigation law firm seeks a highly motivated PART TIME “Tasking Clerk” to undertake the responsibility of tasking various legal assignments to the law firm’s staff attorneys and support staff. The Law Office of Mark S. Martinez provides a highly collaborative work environment with opportunities to advance upon the demonstration of aptitude and merit. The Law Office of Mark S. Martinez has a well-equipped office in Santa Ana's Civic Center Towers, one block away from the Central Justice Center.
Applicant should have prior law office experience. Applicant should also have a genuine interest in the law and a desire in helping others and be able to efficiently work in a fast-paced environment. Applicant must be “people-oriented,” “detail-oriented,” and possess an understanding that any effective law office necessitates proactive initiative and an expectation of successful results.
Prior law office experience
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Firm understanding of the importance of delegating task/assignments to the appropriate staff members.
· Professional proficiency in Spanish, Arabic, or Vietnamese (preferred, although not required).
