WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A licensed California attorney in good standing with the Bar.
1 -3 years of legal experience (workers' comp experience a plus, but not required.
Ready to advocate for injured workers and make a real impact.
Willing to learn and grow with the firm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (WE WILL TRAIN YOU)
Represent clients at WCAB hearings and trials.
Conduct case evaluations and legal research.
Draft pleadings, settlement documents and reports.
Negotiate settlements and communicate with opposing counsel.
Manage a caseload with support for legal assistants/paralegals.
